NEIL MELLOR - ROCK, BLUES, CLASSICAL & JAZZ GUITAR, BASS, THEORY, SONGWRITING
Neil started playing guitar at the age of 9. Over the years, he has studied music with some of the most renowned session musicians and professional guitarists in the world, names include: Shaun Baxter, John Wheatcroft, Jimmy Bruno, Bruce Bouillet (Racer X).
A graduate in music from Paul McCartney's Fame School (Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts), Neil was also presented with 'The Beatles Story Award' along with fellow LIPA student Matthew Murphy (The Wombats).
Neil has over 20 years of performing and teaching experience and is also an endorsee for Fretking and Vintage Guitars, RotoSound Strings and Lizard Spit Guitar Cleaning Products.

BOB WHITTAKER - SAXOPHONE
Bob has played sax for over 30 years and been teaching for 20 years. Specialising in technique and improvisation, he can teach novices to more seasoned players that have played for many years. Professionally, Bob has worked with saxophone greats Andy Sheppard, Dave O' Higgins, Tony Kofi, Seamus Blake and Sons of Kemet. He regular performs with his own trio Blind Monk (www.blindmonktrio.com) at most of the respected jazz venues and festivals such as Manchester Jazz Festival, Birmingham Mostly Jazz Festival, Gateshead International Jazz Festival, Liverpool International Jazz Festival, Marsden Jazz Festival....
Bob is currently a D'Addario woodwind artist and Jazz North ambassador.
REBECCA YOUNG - VIOLIN/ STRINGS/ PIANO/ THEORY
Rebecca has studied violin for the past 13 years, gaining her degree in music from the University of Liverpool in 2016. She is a versatile player covering all styles from classical to folk. Rebecca is currently involved with "In Harmony Liverpool" an education scheme run by the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra providing music tuition to schools across Liverpool. She is also a busy performer, playing with the Ormskirk Orchestra, Liverpool Symphony Orchestra and Irish folk scene favourites The Other Folk..
NICK GRANTHAM - CLARINET
Nick has played the clarinet for over 30 years and is a highly accomplished tutor. He is a multi instrumentalist but is firstly and foremost a clarinetist, covering all styles of music. With Nick you will gain some really useful insight into the instrument itself as not only is he an in demand tutor but also a busy clarinet repairer at Curly Woodwind (www.curlywoodwind.co.uk). He specialises in very specific clarinet techniques and can really help address and improve pupils' playing habits, from absolute beginners to more advanced players.
JENNIFER GREENWOOD - PIANO, KEYBOARD, FLUTE, THEORY
PAUL KYRIAKIDES - ROCK, BLUES, COUNTRY & SLIDE GUITAR, UKULELE, BASS
Paul has over 35 years experience playing guitar, specialising in teaching beginners and intermediate players Guitar, Slide Guitar, Bass Guitar and Ukulele. His main influences include; Brent Mason, Joe Bonamassa, Sonny Landreth, Ry Cooder and Brad Paisley. Paul also has a wealth of knowledge in stringed instruments having worked in specialist music stores for over 20 years. He is currently busy performing with circuit favourites The Lotharios and Neil Lancaster’s (the Zodiacs) Union 7 Band, plus many years live playing experience with The Owen Clayton Trio and The Karen McKee Band appearing at many U.K. festivals and venues.
LUKE LEDGER - SAXOPHONE, FLUTE, CLARINET
Luke is a well known Northwest woodwind tutor and performer. He gained a degree in Jazz music at the prestigious Leeds College of Music and has been performing and teaching extensively since then. Luke teaches all levels of saxophone (absolute beginners upwards) plus flute and clarinet. He also specialises in improvisational theory and composition. Luke is an active member of the "Grapes" band and an in demand session player.
CRAIG INNES - ROCK, CLASSICAL, NEO CLASSICAL, METAL, 7-STRING GUITAR
Craig is an incredible teacher/ performer and composer - since gaining a BA Hons degree in music from Liverpool University he has had compositions for classical guitar performed by the eminent Professor Stefan Ostersjo (one of the Sweden's leading classical virtuosi) and quartet pieces performed by the Elysian String Quartet. He also lectures music at the University of Liverpool, writing coursework and performs various venues in Europe.
Craig specializes in teaching rock/ metal/ fusion classical and 7 string guitar from absolute beginners to seasoned players.
Jennifer started playing the flute and piano at the age of 6 and gained a grade 8 distinction at 15 years old.
After graduating from the University of Manchester in 2005 with a music degree she went on to achieve a PGCE in music and then worked for Resonate music service, providing music education in Merseyside schools.
Jennifer is a multi instrumentalist playing piano, flute, saxophone, clarinet, guitar .... She is able to teach a wide range of styles and techniques as well as all aspects of theory (teaching how to read music correctly and understand all the fundamentals of music theory).
Professionally, Jennifer performs in the Liverpool Mozart Orchestra and the Liverpool Philharmonic Choir.
